New BBParser

One thing that bothered me for a while now was the old BBCode parser I used. There were a couple of problems with it, for example, there were cases whey the regex matcher ran into a runaway condition. To solve this, I put a new BBCode parser in place and while I was at it, I also refactored many parts of the original code of various parts of the forum. Currently, the new BBCode parser supports the bold (b), italic (i), underlined (u), center, right, code, url and img tags, but support for more tags might come in the future.
